fix is to disable instant messaging in outlook

To disable Instant Messaging in Outlook:
On the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the Other tab.
Under Instant Messaging, click to clear the Enable Instant Messaging in Microsoft Outlook check box.
Click OK.
