WARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that
may
require you to reinstall Windows. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems
resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use
Registry Editor at your own risk.

I strongly recommend you backup the registry before you edit it.
Backup the Registry

1. Click the Start menu, choose “Run”, and then type “regedit” in the open
box(without the quotation marks).
2. Click Ok.
3. Click the “Registry” menu, choose “Export Registry File”.
4. Select “Desktop” in the “Save in” list, type “tmpreg” in the open box
beside File Name, and then click “Save”.
Edit the “EnableAutodial” in Registry

1. Click the Start menu, choose Run, type “regedit” (without the quotation
marks) in the Open box, and then click OK.
2. Locate to:

\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\EnableAutodial

\HKEY_USERS\.Default\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internnet
Settings\EnableAutodial

3. Click the “Edit” menu, choose “Modify”.
4. Change the value to 1.
5. Close Registry Editor.
6. Restart the computer.
